How to play Tongits Go?
Tongits Go is a 3-player card game using a standard 52-card deck. Each player receives 12 cards (the dealer gets 13) and the goal is to bring the points in your hand down to zero or finish the round with fewer points than your opponents.
Build Melds
Place 3 or more cards of the same rank (a set) or 3+ consecutive cards of the same suit (a run) on the table. This is called a "meld".
Draw and Discard
On each turn, draw a card from the deck or discard pile, then discard one card. Manage your cards strategically.
Declare Tongits or Draw
When all the cards in your hand are melded, declare "Tongits" and win the round. When the deck runs out, a "Draw" occurs — the player with the fewest points wins.
Block at the Right Moment
"Blocking" means preventing an opponent from declaring — it is an important strategy that can change the outcome of a round.

Tongits Go Strategies and Tips for Winning
Plan Your Melds from the Start
As soon as the game begins, look carefully at the cards in your hand. Identify early which cards are close to forming a set or run. Keep track of which cards can complete your melds.
Watch Your Opponent's Discards
Pay attention to the discard pile — the cards your opponents throw away can tell you what they have in hand. This information is invaluable for knowing when to block.
Keep Reducing Your Points
If declaring Tongits is not possible, always try to keep the points in your hand as low as possible. In a Draw situation, the player with the fewest points wins.
Block at the Right Time
If an opponent is close to declaring Tongits, consider blocking. But keep in mind — after blocking, make sure your own points are low, otherwise it will backfire.
